HIGH-TEMPERATURE FANS - 100HT
WOK – 100HT high temperature duct fans are direct-drive axial fans in duct housing for operation at a maximum temperature of +100°C. They are characterized by solid construction using high quality raw materials and modern technology. The fan includes a housing made of aluminum in the shape of a channel (pipe) on both sides ended with a straight flange (dimensions of round flanges in accordance with the standard PN-ISO 13351), a special motor SIEMENS adapted for operation at temperatures up to +100°C (insulation class H ), and with an aluminum axial impeller located directly on the shaft of the electric motor. High temperature fans are used to transport hot air and can work in many configurations with various heating devices. Due to the use of high-quality production materials, our fans perfectly cope with difficult working conditions and are widely used in many industries.

Impeller

Housing
- material: aluminum, stainless or acid-resistant steel
- execution: short duct - motor protrudes from the housing, long duct - motor hidden in the housing
- outlet ends: flanges on both sides of the outlet (K2), flange on one side of the outlet (K1)
Electric motor
- execution: asynchronous, 3-phase, 50 Hz, protection class IP55 or higher, insulation class H, 1450 rpm or 2800 rpm
- operating temperature range: from -20°C to +100°C
- optional special version adapted to the working environment conditions (e.g. Ex-proof, two-speed, energy-saving)
Fan
capacity from 2,000m³/h to 100,000m³/h
Temperature range
- max. working temperature up to +100°C
Application
